Terrence G walked us through the entire process, and made recommendations on the installation to make sure safety measures were met, and my patient was 100% comfortable with safety features. Terrence and Ollie D were true professionals and more than willing to educate us on any questions or concerns we had. Terrence even demonstrated how to safely transfer my patient into shower and how to properly pull up from safety rails. I highly recommend Top Notch Remodel for anyone considering reinforcing bathroom safety concerns for loved ones, or if you just want an amazing looking walk-in shower!

I was immediately impressed with the owner, Jason Torres. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. His customer service skills are impeccable. Jasonworked within my budget and was extremely thorough and detailed in explaining the shower installation process. I would also like to commend the rest of the team, especially Angela. Angela was detailed and precise and I could not have asked for a more perfect shower constructed of quality materials. Top Notch exceeded my expectations and is worthy of more than 5 Stars.
